After the beautiful ceremony and intimate celebration on Friday night, it was time for a big party on Saturday night. Most of the guests arrived to the Yacht Starship expecting a wedding ceremony. After they had arrived and were mingling on the deck Mike walked out and said he had an announcement to make. He did a great job keeping a straight and somber face while he told everyone that there was not going to be a wedding taking place that day. He took a nice big pause and a big sip of his drink as everyone waited, then introduced his new wife and said let the party begin because they had already gotten married the night before. It was a gorgeous night on the water and guests enjoyed dinner by candlelight, cigars, and dancing on the deck.

Today I’m going to share part one of this fun wedding weekend. This wonderful couple decided to surprise their close friends and family by having their wedding ceremony at their rehearsal dinner. They said their vows by the waterfront at sunset in an intimate and sweet ceremony. Even the bridal party was surprised when they arrived to get ready and found out they weren’t going to a rehearsal, but the real thing. Their ceremony was full of laughter and tears and followed by an intimate dinner at the Rusty Pelican.

Shannon and Steve recently said their vows in curtis hixon park in a beautiful sunset ceremony. There was a wonderful cool breeze during their intimate park ceremony where their closest friends and family stood with them as they said their vows. They got married on their four year anniversary together and we started out by taking some pictures on Davis Island where they fell in love taking walks along the water and flying Steve’s plane.
