What to expect at a session

FUN! I want to capture your personality, and will guide you through movements and prompts to create authentic expressions. Expect lots of laughter and twirling. I’ll help you feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera and guide you through every step of the shoot. Our goal is to create images that feel like your family and show off personality and connection. 

Signature session

A relaxed, easygoing family session designed to capture genuine connection and real moments. We'll spend 45–60 minutes together at a carefully selected location, creating a mix of natural portraits and candid interactions that reflect your family's unique personality.

Sessions take place within 30 miles of the Camas area and include planning assistance to help choose the perfect setting. After your session, you'll receive a curated gallery with your full collection of professionally edited, high-resolution digital images ready for downloading, sharing, and printing.

Turn your family session into an unforgettable coastal adventure. These sessions take place at one of Oregon's beautiful beach locations, where dramatic cliffs, open sand, crashing waves, and golden sunsets create a stunning backdrop for timeless family photographs. We'll spend up to 90 minutes exploring, playing, and capturing genuine moments as your family naturally connects in one of the Pacific Northwest's most iconic settings. From candid laughter to heartfelt portraits, the focus is on creating images that feel authentic, relaxed, and full of life. Your session includes travel to the Oregon Coast, location planning assistance, and a full gallery of professionally edited, high-resolution digital images ready for downloading, sharing, and printing.

Maternity &Newborn

Celebrate this remarkable season with a pair of sessions designed to tell the complete story of your growing family. Your maternity session captures the anticipation, connection, and beauty of pregnancy in a relaxed outdoor setting, while your newborn session preserves those fleeting early days in the comfort of your own home.

Maternity sessions last 45 minutes and Newborn sessions are 1-3 hours leaving time for relaxed feeding breaks.

Newborn sessions are intentionally calm and unhurried, allowing plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and cuddling. These sessions beautifully document the tiny details, quiet moments, and overwhelming love that define the newborn stage.

Each session includes a full gallery of professionally edited, high-resolution digital images. When booked together, you'll receive a $300 savings, making it easy to preserve both milestones with a cohesive and meaningful collection of photographs you'll treasure for years to come.

You’ll receive a style guide after you book as well as a planning call where we chat through your goal for the look of the session and I help you chose a color scheme and pieces that work best to achieve this. You can text anytime for opinions and guidance as you prepare.

I’ve got you! As a parent myself I know that kids are going to march to the beat of their own drum. Our sessions are going to be relaxed and fun and leave tons of time for breaks. Most of my prompts for posing are fun activities that feel like play so we can capture them in their natural state and get real laughter and smiles instead of asking them to say cheese for an hour. 

I work quickly so a lot of times we get everything that we want/need in the first 20 minutes or so but having the extra time lets us relax into the session and make time for real moments like stopping to pick a flower together or sitting down to have an unhurried cuddle. It also leaves time for snack or potty breaks, and gives your littles time to warm up to me and feel more comfortable in front of the camera. 

Yes, a few times a year I offer limited mini session dates. These will be posted on the website, instagram and sent to my mailing list.

Mini Sessions are best suited for families who want a smaller gallery and a quicker experience. Because of the shorter timeframe, there is less opportunity for  exploring multiple locations, or capturing the full range of candid moments and storytelling that naturally unfold during a Signature Family Session.

I’ll keep a close eye on the weather for your date and if it calls for rain you will have the option to reschedule or if you want to embance the moody PNW we can work with the rain as long as it isn’t too heavy.
